Terms and Conditions

Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Encoders Software PVT LTD, India ("we", "us") for the Glanzo app ("the app"). By installing or using the app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on your devices for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Google Play's terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the app, except as the law allows.
Your content
Your photos and videos stay yours and stay on your device. You must have the right to view, cast or share any content you use with the app. You are responsible for what you display on a TV, including in front of others.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything illegal, to display or share content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful, to interfere with other people's devices or networks, or to attempt to break or bypass the app's protections (including the Pro features).
Glanzo Pro, trial and payments
Glanzo Pro is offered through Google Play Billing:
- Annual subscription: ₹199 per year, auto-renewing. It renews until you cancel; you can cancel anytime in Google Play (Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends.
- Lifetime purchase: ₹799 one-time (₹499 founder price for 30 days after launch).
- Free trial: 7 days, no payment method required. After 7 days the Pro features lock. There is no automatic charge.
Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Prices may change for new purchases; the price you are shown at purchase applies.
TV and device compatibility
Casting depends on your TV, network and third-party technologies (DLNA, Google Cast, TV makers' software). We do not guarantee that the app will work with every TV model, firmware or network, or that playback will be uninterrupted.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own backups of your photos and videos.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or content, arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these Terms. Clauses that by nature should survive termination (such as the disclaimer, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy, which forms part of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date; continuing to use the app after that means you accept it.
Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Your data rights and grievances

समझौता
ये नियम और शर्तें ("शर्तें") आपके और Encoders Software PVT LTD, भारत ("हम") के बीच Glanzo ऐप ("ऐप") के लिए क़ानूनी समझौता हैं। ऐप इंस्टॉल या इस्तेमाल करके आप इन शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं। सहमत न हों तो ऐप इस्तेमाल न करें।
लाइसेंस
हम आपको इन शर्तों और Google Play की शर्तों के अधीन, ऐप को अपने डिवाइस पर अपने निजी, ग़ैर-व्यावसायिक उपयोग के लिए इंस्टॉल और इस्तेमाल करने का व्यक्तिगत, ग़ैर-विशिष्ट, अहस्तांतरणीय और रद्द किया जा सकने वाला लाइसेंस देते हैं। क़ानून जितनी अनुमति देता है उसके अलावा आप ऐप की कॉपी, बदलाव, रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग, पुनर्विक्रय या वितरण नहीं कर सकते।
आपका कंटेंट
आपकी फ़ोटो और वीडियो आपके ही रहते हैं और आपके डिवाइस पर रहते हैं। ऐप से जिस भी कंटेंट को आप देखते, कास्ट या साझा करते हैं, उसका अधिकार आपके पास होना चाहिए। टीवी पर, दूसरों के सामने भी, आप जो दिखाते हैं उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।
स्वीकार्य उपयोग
ऐप का उपयोग किसी भी ग़ैरक़ानूनी काम के लिए, दूसरों के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करने वाला या ग़ैरक़ानूनी कंटेंट दिखाने या साझा करने के लिए, दूसरों के डिवाइस या नेटवर्क में दख़ल देने के लिए, या ऐप की सुरक्षा (Pro सुविधाओं सहित) तोड़ने या बायपास करने की कोशिश के लिए न करें।
Glanzo Pro, ट्रायल और भुगतान
Glanzo Pro Google Play Billing से मिलता है:
- सालाना सब्सक्रिप्शन: ₹199 प्रति वर्ष, ऑटो-रिन्यू। आप रद्द करने तक यह रिन्यू होता रहेगा; Google Play (Subscriptions) में कभी भी रद्द कर सकते हैं। रद्द करने से अगला रिन्यूअल रुकता है; चुकाई गई अवधि ख़त्म होने तक पहुँच बनी रहती है।
- लाइफ़टाइम खरीद: ₹799 एकमुश्त (लॉन्च के बाद 30 दिन तक फ़ाउंडर प्राइस ₹499)।
- फ़्री ट्रायल: 7 दिन, कोई भुगतान तरीका ज़रूरी नहीं। 7 दिन बाद Pro सुविधाएँ लॉक हो जाती हैं। कोई ऑटोमैटिक चार्ज नहीं होता।
रिफ़ंड Google Play की रिफ़ंड पॉलिसी के अनुसार होते हैं। नई खरीदारी की कीमतें बदल सकती हैं; खरीद के समय दिखाई गई कीमत लागू होगी।
टीवी और डिवाइस संगतता
कास्टिंग आपके टीवी, नेटवर्क और तीसरे पक्ष की तकनीकों (DLNA, Google Cast, टीवी निर्माताओं के सॉफ़्टवेयर) पर निर्भर है। हम गारंटी नहीं देते कि ऐप हर टीवी मॉडल, फ़र्मवेयर या नेटवर्क के साथ काम करेगा, या प्लेबैक बिना रुकावट चलेगा।
अस्वीकरण
ऐप "जैसा है" और "जैसा उपलब्ध है" के आधार पर दिया जाता है, किसी भी प्रकार की स्पष्ट या अंतर्निहित वारंटी के बिना, जिसमें किसी विशेष उद्देश्य के लिए उपयुक्तता और निर्बाध या त्रुटिमुक्त संचालन शामिल हैं। अपनी फ़ोटो और वीडियो का अपना बैकअप ख़ुद रखें।
दायित्व की सीमा
क़ानून की अनुमति की हद तक, ऐप के उपयोग से होने वाले किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक या परिणामी नुक़सान, या डेटा/कंटेंट के नुक़सान के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं। किसी भी दावे के लिए हमारी कुल ज़िम्मेदारी दावे से पहले के 12 महीनों में ऐप के लिए आपके द्वारा हमें चुकाई गई राशि तक सीमित है। जिस ज़िम्मेदारी को क़ानूनन सीमित नहीं किया जा सकता, ये शर्तें उसे सीमित नहीं करतीं।
समाप्ति
आप ऐप अनइंस्टॉल करके कभी भी इसका उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं। इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने पर हम आपका लाइसेंस निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकते हैं। जो खंड अपनी प्रकृति से समाप्ति के बाद भी लागू रहने चाहिए (जैसे अस्वीकरण, दायित्व की सीमा और शासी क़ानून) वे लागू रहेंगे।
प्राइवेसी
हम डेटा कैसे संभालते हैं, यह हमारी प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी (/privacy) में बताया गया है, जो इन शर्तों का हिस्सा है।
शर्तों में बदलाव
हम इन शर्तों को अपडेट कर सकते हैं। नया संस्करण नई तारीख़ के साथ यहीं प्रकाशित होगा; उसके बाद ऐप का उपयोग जारी रखने का मतलब है कि आप उसे स्वीकार करते हैं।
शासी क़ानून और न्यायालय
ये शर्तें भारत के क़ानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। किसी भी विवाद पर Ranchi, Jharkhand, भारत के न्यायालयों का विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।
डेटा अधिकार और शिकायत
DPDP अधिनियम 2023 के तहत आपके अधिकार प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी में दिए गए हैं। शिकायत अधिकारी: Grievance Officer, Encoders Software PVT LTD, support@encoderssoftware.com।
